When you’re backed by a dedicated IT staff you no longer have to worry about handling problems when they happen. Our all-inclusive Managed IT Service allows us to take the burden of periodic maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, and IT security off your shoulders.

Centralized Monitoring

Our centralized monitoring system keeps tabs on your network in order to let us know when things happen. With this we can keep tabs on unauthorized login attempts, hard drive failures, viruses caught, and even when it’s time to perform periodic maintenance on your systems. We want to take care of issues BEFORE they impact your work.

Support and Maintenance

Whenever there is an issue all you have to do is call, email, or login to our 24-hour customer portal. We are available to help. All issues and trouble calls between the hours of 8am – 6pm are included in the Managed IT Service. Did an emergency occur but carried over? Don’t worry! Work-stoppage and mission critical calls are still covered.

Technical Alignment

We work to outline where your current IT infrastructure is now, and the best course to bring it up to modern standards. Through documentation and the alignment of your IT systems and processes to industry “best practices”, we bring you up-to-speed and make it easier to keep from becoming out of date.

vCIO (Virtual CIO)

By using our Managed IT Services, we act as a virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO). That means that we don’t just come into your organization and keep things from breaking and tell you what needs to be done. We discuss and learn what your organization’s mission is, what it’s goals are for the future, and help plan and structure your technology in order to help you achieve those goals. We schedule quarterly meetings in order to lay out what we have done, and brainstorm what can be done to support your future.


Included in your service is antivirus software for all devices. This includes desktops, laptops, servers, and mobile devices that are under management.

Backup and Recovery

As part of our service we ensure that your network and machines are backed up and the backups are safe. In the event of data loss or emergency, we will restore/recover the data to either its place of origin, or to new hardware in the event the original machine is broken or damaged.

Is there a major upgrade, installation, implementation, or project that needs to be completed? Our standard consulting and professional services include a 20% discount for all clients that use our IT Managed Services.
